SpecterAI Launches Quantum-Safe Training Program to Enhance Vietnam’s Future Security

SpecterAI has successfully concluded its Train-the-Trainer program, empowering three strategic partners to independently offer quantum security training in Vietnam and Singapore. This move is part of an effort to equip organizations for the shift towards post-quantum cryptography. The newly certified entities include HPT and QNet from Vietnam and Singapore-based corporate trainer Edmond Tung. These partners are now set to deliver SpecterAI’s Quantum-Safe Security Foundations course to a range of sectors, including enterprises, financial institutions, telecommunications companies, and the public sector.

This development is timely, especially in light of recent advisories from Vietnam’s National Electronic Authentication Centre (NEAC), which has urged businesses to brace themselves for the post-quantum era. NEAC has highlighted the potential vulnerabilities of existing public key cryptography as quantum computing continues to evolve. By the end of June 2026, Vietnam had already issued close to 32 million digital signature certificates, underscoring the impending need for cryptographic migration on a large scale.

The training initiative encompasses guidance on evaluating quantum-related cybersecurity risks, employing Mosca’s Inequality (X+Y>Z) framework. This framework aids organizations in determining the duration for which sensitive data must remain secure and the time required to transition to quantum-resistant encryption. By facilitating this training, SpecterAI aims to broaden regional expertise in post-quantum cybersecurity, allowing certified partners to offer training autonomously.

SpecterAI is confident that early preparation will enhance the resilience of organizations, ensure compliance with future security standards, and foster the growth of a quantum security ecosystem across Southeast Asia. The company has also encouraged sectors such as banking, finance, insurance, telecommunications, and government to integrate post-quantum cryptography into their long-term cybersecurity strategies.
